The lodge offers complimentary valet parking and the newly renovated rooms have a perfect decor. The beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Coffee press coffee is provided in the room, and there is a small refrigerator for guests to stock snacks. The hotel also has a beautiful exterior and a fantastic setting, with a fire in the room and the option to sleep with the patio door slightly open to hear the roar of the waterfall.
The spa at the lodge could use some improvement. The execution falls short and there were some issues with cleanliness and the functionality of certain facilities.

The view from the room was stunning and the room itself was beautifully decorated. The fireplace added a cozy touch and the bed was extremely comfortable. The rustic and relaxing vibe of the lodge made it the perfect getaway spot. The dining room provided excellent service and the food was top-notch. a great staycation spot for a date weekend away from the hustle and bustle.
The valet service was a major disappointment, as the staff lingered for an awkwardly long time expecting a tip. The spa was overpriced and the facility staff was not able to handle peak periods, resulting in a lack of assistance and a noisy atmosphere.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, filling all our requests except one. The main dining room provided an excellent meal with a spectacular view. Our server, Michael, made the experience even more enjoyable. The room was clean and well-appointed, with a super comfortable bed that felt luxurious. The jetted tub was the icing on the cake. The complementary wine for my wife's birthday was a nice touch and every staff member wished her a happy birthday. Cannot find any fault.

I definitely got my money's worth at this beautiful hotel. The rooms were fantastic, with a cozy fireplace and a lovely fire pit outside. The staff treated me like royalty and made me feel extremely welcomed. The location was great, with a soothing sound of water from the nearby river when I had my windows open.
While the breakfast choices were overall good, it would have been nice to have more variety.
